Keep My Lotto (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a personal record-keeping tool that lets you log lottery tickets you have already purchased, check them against official results, and keep a spending record. The app does not sell tickets, run drawings, accept wagers, or handle money. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Powerball®, Mega Millions®, or any lottery operator.
The following is saved locally on your device (using the operating system’s secure key-value storage) and is never sent to us:
Because this data lives only on your device, deleting the app removes it. We cannot recover it for you.
To show winning numbers, the app requests results from a public, official open-data service (New York State Open Data, published by the NY Lottery). These requests contain only what is needed to retrieve results (for example, the game and draw date) and do not include your ticket numbers or any information that identifies you.
The app is supported by advertising. Ads may be provided by a third-party ad network, which may use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads in accordance with its own policies and your device settings. We configure the ad network to exclude gambling-category advertisements. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device’s privacy settings. The app concerns lottery play and is intended for adults only (18+, or 21+ where required). It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your entries are stored using your device’s protected storage and are retained until you delete them or uninstall the app. Because we do not receive your data, we do not retain it on any server.
Entries in the app are a personal record and are not proof of purchase. Your physical printed ticket is the only valid proof of a prize. Winning numbers and any payout estimates shown may be delayed or incorrect; always verify with the official lottery before acting.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
